現オーナーのBill Neumann（ビル・ニュウマン）氏が1975年に「Automotive Performance Systems, Inc.」を設立。1981年以後ビル氏はいち早くアメリカ市場で人気を博していたVWラビットに着目、単身ドイツへ渡りエッティンガーなどのドイツのチューナーをリサーチし、現在の基礎となるチューニング技術を持ち帰る。その後アメリカにおいてそのノウハウをサスペンション、エンジンなどのチューニングにいかし、スタビライザー、タワーバー、サスペンション、スプリングなどのパーツを次々に開発。そして自社開発パーツは「NEUSPEED」ブランドとして広く知られることとなった。以後35年以上に及ぶ製品開発、レース参戦により蓄積されたセッティング技術を数々の機能製品にフィードバックさせ、現在、米国NO.1のAUDI、VWチューナーとしての地位を獲得している。

I started Automotive Performance Systems, Inc. 40 years ago, with an ambition to offer the best, highest quality performance parts and provide the most dedicated customer service.
